Dr Dana Wilson

Dr Dana Wilson grew up on a farm in Central Queensland before relocating to Yeppoon. Her passion for dentistry began at a young age, shaped by her own experience living with a rare dental condition called microdontia, where all her teeth developed unusually small and misshapen. Having spent many hours in the dental chair herself, Dana truly understands what it feels like to be the patient, and if you've met her, you'll know her dentist did an incredible job!

Now living her dream as a dentist, Dana is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care that makes every visit as comfortable as possible. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University in 2020 and fell in love with Cairns during her studies. Dana has a special interest in treatments that combine aesthetics, function, and personal care. Her bright, bubbly personality and professional approach make her a favourite among patients and staff alike. You'll often hear her country music playing down the hallway, just one of the many things that make Dana a joyful presence in the practice.
